The B Button is used to activate Movement Mode. The directions are the same, but you will have to click in the joystick in order to perform an action. When using Classic Controls, you will have to move the joystick instead of a trackpad. Note that HTC Vive is incompatible with Streamlined Controls, because it has only one face button.
